The scope and fee of the initial assessment depend on the nature of the matter; you are informed clearly when scheduling your appointment.
What is needed to grant a power of attorney?
Your identity details and case documents, together with a power of attorney issued by a notary, are sufficient. Special authority may be required.
How are fees determined?
Fees follow the Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff; a fixed or proportional fee is set out in a written engagement letter.
